The CCSD is not responsible for proposals not received and it shall be the duty of the Offeror to ensure receipt. Question Deadline 02/14/2023 at 11:00 AM ET The Clarke County School District ("CCSD or District") invites proposals for the project known as GYM FLOORS - NEW RUBBER SURFACE for various elementary schools. Proposals shall be submitted from qualified sports installers for the removal, disposal of the existing floor and to supply and install rubberized flooring in the gymnasium of nine (9) elementary schools within the district The existing flooring within the gymnasium has exceeded its estimated useful life and requires replacement. A total of nine (9) schools requires the replacement of existing flooring with a new rubberized flooring system that is designed to be durable, safe, easy to clean and suitable for events and activities. The Clarke County School District invites Proposals from qualified Proposers to submit Proposals with respect to the services described in this RFP document. Chase Street Elementary School (CSE) 4,648 sq/ft (+/-) . Cleveland Road Elementary School (CRE) 3,965 sq/ft (+/-) . Fowler Drive Elementary School (FOW) 4,279 sq/ft (+/-) . Gaines Elementary School (GNS) 4,404 sq/ft (+/-) . Howard B. Stroud Elementary School (HBS) 3,962 sq/ft (+/-) . Judia Jackson Harris Elementary School (JJH) 4,666 sq/ft (+/-) .
