Worthington Middle School Parking Lot Improvements - Phase 1

Site Directions: Worthington Middle School The Project shall consist of the following work and approximate quantities and kinds of materials: Reconstruction of Worthington Middle School Parking Lot: 710 CuYd Common Excavation 420 SqYd 6" Concrete Pavement 3,270 SqYd 7" Concrete Pavement 1,400 Tons Aggregate Base, Class 5 470 LF Storm Sewer Pipe 4 Each Storm Sewer Structures All proposals shall be made on forms provided by the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total bid as a certified or bank check or Bid Bond payable to Independent School District 518. With submittal of a Bid, the Contractor represents that he has visited the site, familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed, and correlated his observations with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid. Contractor's Proposals shall hold firm for thirty (30) days from the date of opening. Mutually agreed upon extensions of time may be made, if necessary.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
