| Description | This invitation is for the roof replacement of Keene Hall as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the event and attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university Project Notes: - Substantial Date for Completion: 6/01/2023 - Final Date for Completion: 6/16/2023 Liquidated Damages: - $200 until SubstantialCompletion - $100 until FinalCompletion Bid bonds, payment and performance bonds are required.
