| Description | Remodel the kitchen and restrooms of the West Columbia Community Center A. Remodel Kitchen 1. Replace wall tiles with sheetrock and paint (color to be determined by the city) 2. Replace kitchen cabinets (28 LF of base cabinets) 3. Retrofit 1 tall cabinet to the left of the oven to hold brooms, mops, etc 4. Retrofit lower cabinets to allow for storage of coolers, etc 5. Remove upper cabinets and replace with open shelves 6. Remove and replace kitchen sink 7. Standard double sink to include faucet and all hardware 8. Replace existing counter tops with Formica brand laminate in a brown color tone (final color selection to be determined by the city) B. Remodel Restrooms 1. Two restrooms with two stalls 2. Restrooms must meet all ADA requirements 3. Remodel to include new flooring, paint, lighting, toilets, sinks, and all accompanying hardware C. Tint all windows D. Remove and replace side exterior double doors E. Retrofit 1 closet to include removing a hanging rod and replacing with shelving F.
