CMHA The Rise Center A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, U.S. executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance & Payment Bond:100% Project Duration - The Base Bid of this project must be complete within Two Hundred Seventy-Four (274) calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
