Please see FAR 52.236-27 for Site Visit information. GENERAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: 120 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. REQUIRED BONDS: Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Bond will be required - 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million.
