The Police Training Facility will be on a 15-acre parcel located at the extreme north end of Andalusia Blvd. and the extreme west end of Durden Blvd. (See EXHIBIT A) Legal description of the site - “A parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, City of Cape Coral, being a part of Section 7, Township 43 South, Range 24 East, and further described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 7; then N0047’29”E along the west line of the Southwest ¼ of the said Section 7 for 808.34 feet; thence S8927’22”E parallel with the south line of said SW 1/4 for 808.33 feet; thence S0047’29”W parallel with the west line of said SW 1/4 for 808.34 feet to the south line of said SW 1/4; thence N8927’22”W along said south line for 808.33 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 15.00 acres, more or less Police Training/Gun Range Facility - The Police Department is in need of a facility that will be functional, safe and efficient with minimal maintenance requirements while housing a fully functional 50-yard gun range. The range will need to be 150 feet long with 25 individual 4’ wide lanes.
