Liberty Regional Medical Center - Boiler Re-tube

The objective and ultimate goal for this project is the re-tube of a boiler, Bring boiler back online and insure proper and safe operation. Project Scope and Specifications: Remove tubes, clean boiler, install 2.5 OD X.120 wall tube, test tube sheet for cracks after tubes have been removed. New tubes will be rolled and beaded on the front end. The tubes will be rolled and welded on the rear for the second pass. The remaining tubes will be rolled and beaded. Contractor will hydro test boiler. All work shall be in accordance with NBIC R stamp requirements. Install new gaskets fire side and wet side, bring boiler online and test for proper operation. Contractor will dispose of old tubing.
