Description | Amherst County is looking to procure a dehumidifier that will provide the following conditions: A. A dehumidifier that will provide the Circuit Court Record Room with a relative humidity between a minimum of 30% and a maximum of 50% to preserve the paper records. B. A maximum temperature of 70 degrees in cooling seasons, and minimum temperature of 60 degrees in the heating season. To create the best environment to preserve paper records The successful proposer shall be responsible for delivery and installation of the equipment to: Amherst County Courthouse, Circuit Court Record Room, 113 Taylor Street, Amherst, VA 24521; Attn: Nate Young. A purchase order will be issued to the successful proposer. Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice submission and delivery, acceptance and training in operation of the specified equipment.
