Richardson Building and replace the entire roof area with a waterproofing and protection insulation of TruDifition- Duration Cool Plus shingle roof with new Aluminum Gutter. This is a sheltered market bid. The Sheltered Market Program provides that selected procurement opportunities are designated for competition between W/MBEs from Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sumter Counties and local Polk County vendors only. These are the only bidders who will be eligible to submit a bid. |
