| Description | Remove all existing concrete/asphalt sidewalk. Dig out a minimum of 8 inches from t, 4 foot width, to the Patio and pads as show on print. Place a minimum of 4” crushed stone per;NYSDOT 304-1 type 4 gradation compacted to a hard base in all excavated areas. Install steel reinforcement WWM 6X6 –W2.9XW2.9 ( typ) in all poured areas. Install 5000 psi concrete mix 5 inches thick, bull floated and steel troweled with a light broom finish. All edges shall be tool finished. All door pads shall be ramped from the house to the new sidewalk. The sidewalks shall have a expansion joint every 4 foot.All new concrete shall be sealed with Kure-N-Seal or approved equal. Any new areas where construction meets the lawn area shall be graded to a mowable transition with screened topsoil and seeded. Location: Long Pond IRA, 1138 1/2 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626 |
