| Description | Contract Term: The initial Contract term shall be for a period of no more than one (1) year commencing upon the date the Contract is signed by both parties and concluding on June 30, 2020. Quoted pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and material discounts shall be firm for the initial term. With mutual written agreement of the parties, the Contract may be extended for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
