Description

Consists of new 1,172 SF bath house with toilet rooms, showers, and mechanical spaces located at Sportsman’s Park in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. The new bath house is a CMU structure with a precast concrete plank ceiling, that acts as a tornado shelter with wood trusses and asphalt shingles above. The building has electric baseboard heat and LED lighting throughout.
