Narrative: Pogue Construction is the Construction Manager on a Project locate on FM 1417 in Sherman just east of HWY 75. The project consist of five (5) levels of multi- family units (total of 310 units) with a precast Parking Garage for 560 parking spaces. The project is on approximately 9.5 acres. Total square footage of the building is 352,395 sf.
