Facilities / Vehicle Cleaning and Disinfecting

For a multi-year renewable (maximum of five years) on demand fogging, cleaning, and disinfecting of City facilities, including bus and park shelters, and City Fleet vehicles, including buses, trucks, and cars. The goal of this is to be able to provide the safest work environment possible for our workers and the public utilizing our facilities and Transit system. The RFP includes, but is not limited to, existing facilities (approximately 300 sites that occupy an estimated 1,613,354 square feet) and 600 plus vehicles (buses, trucks, and cars). Buses operate routes in the Greeley and Evans vicinity, as well as the cities of Windsor and Fort Collins. Vehicles are utilized by City employees as needed to carry out their job responsibilities throughout the City. It is important to note, typically on a twice a year basis all buses (33) are cleaned. This work will be required to be completed on a Sunday.
