Description | Request for Qualifications for Windows and Doors Contractors PRAB, Inc. is seeking up to three (3) qualified Window and Doors Contractors to be part of a qualified contractor pool to provide windows and doors repair and installation with other energy conservation measures for Single Family Homes and Mobile Home Residence for PRAB, Inc. under the WAP Grants. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of PRAB, Inc. This bid package "Energy Conservation Services Project Windows and Doors" is strictly for Weatherization Program. This bid package is for a period of one year with a potential to renew or extend the contract upon suitable completion of work and the continuation of program funding. PRAB, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid and award the contract to the bidder which in its best judgment, best serves the interest of PRAB, Inc. The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope properly endorsed with the name of bidder, with the destination, "Energy Conservation Service Project Windows and Doors". Sealed envelopes must be hand delivered to PRAB, Inc. 11 Harts Lane, Suite D, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816. Emailed packages will not be accepted. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4 and Public Law 1975 c127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contract. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid. |
