Description

The work contemplated will include above grade exterior restorations of cast stone, masonry walls, fenestrations, steel lintels and replacement of security screens and roof areas. Below grade upgrading of interior ground floor slab, below grade excavation and removal of building components as necessary for the installations of waterproofing and drainage system at exterior masonry walls, removal and replacement of the access ramps at the northeast entrance the south entrance.
