| Description | Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Service & Safety of the City of St. Marys, Ohio, for: WATER PLANT TREATMENT CHEMICALS PEBBLE LIME, DENSE SODA ASH Each bid must contain the name of each person and/or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. A contract Performance Bond will be required to be included with the contract of the bid award company. All bids must be firm through March 14, 2024. The City of St. Marys reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. |
