Please reach out directly to Ryan Victory if interested. Harper Corporation is seeking statements of qualifications from contractors to facilitate the 2020 Townsend Water Treatment Plant - Electrical Improvements Phase II for the City of Greensboro. The following is a general description of the work involved; however, reference prequalification documents for more information: 1. Major Electrical Improvements: Site work; foundations and pre-manufactured building envelopes; new switchgear and controls; new transformers; duct banks; intercom system; instrumentation; new standby generator; new fuel storage and delivery system; and other miscellaneous work and improvements. 2. High Service Pumping Improvements: Demolition; process mechanical piping and valving; replacement high lift pumps; flow monitoring; chemical piping. 3. Sedimentation Basin Improvements: Demolition and equipment removal; new sludge removal equipment, drives, and control panels; structural modifications. 4. Chemical Trench Improvements: Demolition; chemical trench systems; chemical piping and valving. Construction is expected to start late May 2023, with completion by the end of December 2023.
