Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for: Contract LN-23-14B Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) Gallons of Liquid Nitrogen Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the Authority. All bids must be enclosed in sealed envelope, approximately 10" x 15", bearing, on the outside, the name and address of the Bidder and the work bid upon. Please review the notice on our bid portal: For Special Notice to Bidders Regarding COVID-19 The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, if in the best interest of the Authority, including the right to reject a Bidder based upon poor prior experience. This contract will be awarded through a "Fair and Open" process pursuant to New Jersey Local Unit "Pay To Play" Law, Chapter 19, P.L. 2004 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C 17:27, equal employment opportunities, P.L. 1977, c.33, corporate and/or partnership ownership and P.L. 2004, c.57, business registration of public contracts.
