Description

Qualified Contractors to provide beneficially re-use the biosolids generated by the Freedom District WWTP. For the purposes of this contract, beneficial reuse is defined as recycling the lime stabilized product generated by the WWTP for use as a soil amendment and organic nutrient source. The contractor shall provide all necessary loading, transportation, off-site storage, management, site permitting, and final utilization of biosolids produced by the Freedom District WWTP to execute the beneficial re-use program outlined in this scope of work.
