Ecology Building Correct Water Leaks

Construction Services for correction of water leaks at the Ecology Building, located on the St. Paul campus. Refer to the Request for Proposal documents (found in the Attachments tab) for full project details/requirements. The University is aware that the Project may run into unfavorable weather. The Project can be split into 2 phases to be Substantially completed in Spring April - May 2024 with the first phase in Fall of 2023. This includes the west stair tower as well as the tunnel between Ecology Building and Borlaug Hall, and the east stair tower. The University is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor, and water infiltration expert, to carry out the full scope repair and water infiltration remediation as outlined in details in the Construction Documents. The Contractor will provide labor, materials, and incidentals to fulfill Construction Documents scope as well as the scope Alternates. Respondents shall bid to the best of their abilities and capabilities regarding the Project schedule. Miller Dunwiddie Architecture is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project.
