| Description | Single Bid (lump sum all trades) General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) or Underground Water and Utilities (C058) or Septic Systems (C111) $1,201,250 IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A. 52:32-2, THIS PROJECT SHALL BE BID AS A SINGLE BID (LUMP SUM ALL TRADES). BIDDER MUST BE CLASSIFIED THEMSELVES OR NAME THEIR CLASSIFIED SUBCONTRACTOR(S) FOR THE FOLLOWING TRADE(S): Electrical (C047). Failure To List Classified Sub-Contractors Will Deem The Bid Non-Responsive. Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. |
