County Bridge Program - Bridge Replacement

For the following: Program: County Bridge Program Construction Type: Bridge Replacement New Structure Type: Cast-in-Place Box Culvert This is a concrete box culvert construction project. Columbiana County has implemented , as the official depository for bid submittal. In the case of disruption of communications or loss of services by within 2 hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the County shall delay the deadline for the bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders. All Contractors must be ODOT prequalified at the time of bid, award and for the duration of construction. Contractors shall use the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates that are provided within the Appendix of the bid specifications for this project. Please note that the Wage Rates in effect at the time of the project sale date shall be used by all contractors. The Columbiana County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids or proposals.
