Description

The Project generally consists of: 1. Removal of existing HVAC system and replace with new air conditioning system for the main building and gymnasium. The main system type will be dual temperature fan coil units with dedicated outside air. Secondary system types will include roof and pad mounted DX equipment. 2. Removal Of existing building automation and replace. 3. Project is divided into 5 phases per documents and bid with base and alternates listed in the project manual. Phase 1 begins in March 2021, completing with Phase 5 in August Of 2022. 4. Project will include associated electrical work and replacing ceiling grid. 5. All associated work to integrate existing HVAC equipment with the new BAS.
