| Description | Lake Township Ashland County Cemetery Mowing Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Lake Township Trustees for the mowing of two township cemeteries, two intersections and the township house for the 2023 season. The Township's objective is for the contractor to complete not more than 28 mowings per year per location. Mowing will include maintenance of leaf and debris removal, as well as trimming or maintaining growth around all headstones, fence posts and other obstacles. Scheduling is at your discretion, but one session must be optimally timed for Memorial Day. Bids should indicate the cost per mowing and prices should be separated as follows: #1 Township House, #2 Bender Warnes Cemetery, #3 St John's Cemetery & #4 Two intersections. Bidders shall guarantee the bid price throughout the contract period. The Lake Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bid(s), to waive any in-formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to determine the lowest and best bid. |
