Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, apparatus, and transportation required to; RENOVATE/ADD FOR AGE SHOP/OFFICES, B129. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, apparatus, testing, and transportation required to renovate a portion of Hangar 129. - Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, apparatus, testing, and transportation required to build a 550 sq ft addition to the building for aircraft jack stand tester which requires a substantial concrete foundation. Include foundation, floor masonry wall, metal siding, structural steel, standing seam roof, unit heater, cooling steel door, extend fire sprinklers, lighting and electric receptacles.
