Median and Row Mowing on FM 455

Mowing and general landscape maintenance of medians and rights of way along FM 455. The limit of work begins at Highway 5 traveling west to Interstate 75 including two medians west of 75. All grass areas within the limit of work will be mowed 26 times within a period of one year. Lose trash shall be picked up before each mowing. Also, all curb lines shall be edged, trimmed and blown clean. All hardscape areas shall be sprayed twice each month with glyphosate herbicide. All ornamental grasses shall be trimmed down to eight(8) inches above grade in late winter, and all clipping shall be removed from site. The approximate mowing area is 3.5 acres, and the approximate area of hardscape is also 3.5 acres.
