West Lake Park - Park Terrace Campground

Inspection of approximately 3,397 linear feet of sewer laterals, refurbishment of approximately 1,360 linear feet of sewer main, and replacement of 4 manholes, including lateral connections. Depending onresults of the field inspection, the project may also include point repair of sewer laterals, minor manhole adjustments, service riser repairs, and new manhole castings. If the contract is awarded by the Scott County Conservation Board, the proposed improvements shall be fully completed within the Contract Time of 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be in June 2023.
