As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) phase Design/Build IAW FAR 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I, proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit Phase II proposals. Block 13 A immediately below only refers to Phase One proposals. Contractors, in order to enter the campus, you must have a picture ID. All contractors are required to wear a face covering (covering the mouth and nose per C DC guidelines) while on Campus. All contractors will be screened at the entrance of the campus. A series of questions will be asked and temperature taken. While working inside or outside the VAMC, the contractor will be responsible to wear a face covering at all times.
