Screening Wall Replacement 2021 Project

The project is designed to demolish approximately 572 linear feet of existing eight (8) feet tall brick wall, columns, piers, and 550 of existing five (5) feet wide sidewalk along New Market Road, and construction of approximately 572 linear feet of eight (8) feet tall, long span, precast concrete screening wall, column, piers, 550 of five (5) feet wide sidewalk, and three (3) feet wide mow strip. The project will also include demolishing approximately 532 linear feet of existing six (6) feet tall brick screening wall, columns, piers, and 1,046 of existing five (5) feet wide sidewalk along New Market Road, and construction of approximately 1,046 linear feet of eight (8) feet tall, long span, precast concrete screening wall columns, piers, 1,046 of five (5) feet wide sidewalk, and three (3) feet wide mow strip along Faithon P. Lucas Sr., Boulevard and East Cartwright Road.
