| Description | Lisha Kill Middle School: Abatement scope of work for all basement crawl space areas (40,000 sf total), includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Abatement work per NYS D.O.L Variance 19-1535, dated 11/22/2019, and Amendments 1 and 2. 2. Crawl space friable cleanup and removal; 3. Soil cleanup and removal from all crawl space floor areas; 4. Provide floor barrier system 45 mil EPDM membrane on abated dirt floors - secured to walls of crawl space, entire perimeter; 5. Removal of existing asbestos transite cement panels; 6. Underdrain system and removal of excavated soil materials resulting from installation of underdrain system; 7. Abatement of existing ACBM pipe fittings, sealants insulation and/or other materials as noted on variance, survey, plans and specifications. 8. Creation of access openings in the foundation in support of abatement work. |
