| Description | It is the intention of the Aldine Independent School District to establish an annual contract for insulation services with one qualified vendor. The awarded contractor must be an experienced vendor and have personnel to service multiple projects and departments concurrently. These Insulation Services will be utilized by the Maintenance Department and other departments on an as needed basis. Contractor services includes all facets of Insulation works and maintenance. However, in an emergency situation, services required by the Maintenance Department will supersede services requested by all other departments. It is Aldines intention to award to a single vendor; however the district retains the right to award to multiple vendors. Contract Term: The contract shall exist for one year, with an option to renew for two additional one year periods if agreed to in writing by Aldine ISD and the awarded vendor. During the previous 2017-2018 school year, the district spent approximately $106,342.06. The previous expenditure is an estimate and is not to be construed to be a guarantee of a maximum or a minimum contract value. | ||||
