Resurface Athletic Track

Lumpkin County Schools Request for Proposal to Resurface Athletic Track PURPOSE The intent of this RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified vendors ("Vendor") for the resurfacing of the current athletic running track at Lumpkin County High School per the bid specifications listed herein. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Lumpkin County Schools requests written quotes to secure services for resurfacing the existing athletic running track on its primary facility located at the Lumpkin County High School, 2001 Indian Dr, Dahlonega, Georgia, 30533. The Project will consist of the evaluation, repair, resurfacing,and restriping of the all-weather track adjacent to Lumpkin County High School. The location of the all-weather track is generally depicted on the map attached to this RFP. The Project may include but is not limited to: evaluation, repair, and resurfacing of asphalt and all-weather surface on the existing track, and high jump area. Project is to be completed July 23, 2023. Successful proposals will include evaluation of asphalt, repair and replacement as needed, replacing rubberized surface, striping, painting new lines and event markings in accordance with the Georgia State High Schools Association, and clean-up of the construction site.
