Metal building shall have a 26 – gauge lap seam roof with proper sealant at each lap and long life screws. A 20-year limited warranty is required. Walls shall be 26 gauge metal panels painted with a 20 year warranted paint finish (provide warranty) from manufacturers standard color chart. Walls, trim, and roof colors shall be from manufacturer’s standard color chart. Building shall have a commercial trim package including gutters and downspouts at both eaves.
