| Description | The scope of the Spurs Ranch Phase 1 project is to rehabilitate the existing configuration by incorporating a new pavement section, operational improvements in the form of turn lanes where merited, bicycle/pedestrian amenities and necessary drainage improvements for approximately 1.07 miles from US 90 to N. Cagnon Rd. Note: San Antonio Water System (SAWS) will be joint bidding with Bexar County to adjust and/or replace existing services within the project limits. Note: Online bidding will open one week before bid opening. Please submit all bid questions for the Spurs Ranch Phase 1 Project by Friday, December 2, 2022 at 4:00 PM through Portal or to the Senior Contract Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org (CC:dwegmann@bexar.org).
