| Description | The Party of the Second Part shall furnish all of the materials and labor and perform all of the work as described in the specifications for the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all in formalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. The Owner reserves the right to the extent allowed by law to award the work as is most advantageous to the City or reject any or all bids. Owner reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder who does not pass any such evaluation to the Owner's satisfaction. The Bidder should include his phone number, FAX number, e-mail address, South Dakota Sales & Use Tax License Number, and South Dakota Contractors Excise Tax License Number in the spaces provided.
