Description

Integrated Project Development (Ipd) Contractors Under Contract to Milwaukee Public Schools (Mps) Will Be Soliciting Bids for Construction Work Funded by the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (Esser) Funds. The IPD Contractors under contract to MPS for ESSER II include: Nicholas & Associates, Inc. Performance Services, Inc. Selzer-Ornst Construction Co. LLC VJS/JCP Joint Venture III CHSBJ Milwaukee Team Projects May include mechanical or lighting upgrades; minor remodeling including painting and flooring; restroom upgrades; major remodling projects, exterior site work projects; major upgrades to athletic facilities and many other types of projects. Contractors are encouraged to review the A/E Graphics on-line Plan Room often to see new bid opportunities. All bids will be solicited or noticed on-line through A/E Graphics, Inc. This advertisement shall provide public notification of the potential for available bidding opportunities. Interested parties are encouraged to review the opportunities available on a regular basis. All contractor(s) and subcontractors(s) are subject to the current livable wage rate, in accordance with the City of Milwaukee Ordinance 310-13. Please note that these projects are funded by ESSER Federal funds; therefore, are subject to the payment of prevailing wages in accordance with the Federal Davis Bacon act. MPS HUB, COIN and Student Employment / Participation requirements are as identified within in the bidding documents. All questions should be submitted as noted in the bidding documentation. Submit bid forms per Instructions in the bidding documentation. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals at the bid opening through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aids. Call A/E Graphics, Inc. for availability of bid documents for pick up. Plans and specifications will be loaned to a prospective bidder upon receipt of the deposit listed, which deposit will be returned upon surrender of the plans and specifications in good condition. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
