Grant House 1st and 3rd Floor Renovation

1. Demo existing carpet/vct in work areas, leave sub-flooring in place (if anyf, patch and repair as needed to re-install new carpet tile/tW as directed 2. Where LW is installed %round PVC shoemould will also be installed where LW meets wood base OR if no wood base, new vinyl base will be installed to match size of existing and color TBD. 3. Prep all walls/trim/doors to receive new paint, re-paint all surfaces color TBD, expect one color for walls, and one color for the trim (using eggshell finish on walls and semigloss on trim! using as many coats as necessary to cover properly but no less than 2 coats. 4, Replace any damaged or broken ceiling tiles, for bidding purposes figure no more than 30- 2x2 tiles 5. Break room lst floor- Replace existing casework (upper and lower) replace sink & Faucets, and flooring to be LW.....provide new plumbing connector pipes from valves to new faucets, and new waste line from new sink to wall....sink to be 16 gage single bowl, faucets to be Delta-gl8l-DsT 6. Area where piano is located first floor, build 9'drywall partition with 3'-0" door/frame to match height/style/hardware of other doors/trim on the first floor (see sketchf mud and paint new wallldoorltrim ....carpet to be left in place build on top 7. 3'd floor-Men's room- Replace flooring with LW, Replace faucet(use Sloan ETF 7OO, add power if none exists| and countertop/casework...repaint entire room (casework to be Laminate to match existing......re-use existing sinks! 8. Women's room-Replace flooring with LW, Replace faucet (use Sloan ETF 700, add power if none existsland countertop/casework, replace toilet partitions and repaint entire room. (casework to be Laminate to match existing....re-use existing sinks)
