Description

The Project is for the exterior rehabilitation and restoration of the historically significant Universal Lodge Number 14 Free and Accepted Masons’ building located at 64 Clay Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition and removal of designated building elements; removal, retention and restoration of existing building details; the installation of a new roof and related substrate repair; stucco repair; masonry repair, modification, and replacement; the construction of new entrance steps and railings; exterior door replacement; new masonry and concrete work; restoration of existing windows and the installation of new windows; exterior painting; and related work.
