Final clean-up of area will be responsibility of the Contractor. All walkways, trails, paved areas, lawn areas and any other area where the Contractor is working shall be thoroughly cleaned of any debris generated by the mulching process. This includes the removal of any mulch which may have accumulated outside of the landscape bed and tree ring areas. 7. Bids may be submitted for individual locations or for any combination of available locations. 8. Multiple contracts may be awarded to the best and/or lowest proposals. 9. GPHC reserves the right to reject any quote or modify cubic yardage or location of mulch applied in the contract. 10. If the mulch type needs to be changed, the Contractor must supply a sample of the change to the GPHC Project Manager for approval before use.
