Manufactured Home for Camp Crystal Lake

The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed-price contract with a qualified company to provide turnkey installation of a manufactured home (hereinafter “Home”). Services include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Furnish one (1) new manufactured home that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements set forth in Attachment E. b. Deliver new manufactured home to Camp Crystal Lake, Florida. c. Install new manufactured home, including set-up, skirting, utilities (A/C, electrical, plumbing, and septic), and three set of 4x4 steps (one for each exterior door). d. Oversite and supervision of all delivery and installation subcontractors. e. Manufacturing, delivery, and installation services shall comply with all local, state, and federal codes, rules, regulations, and statutes, including all applicable building codes.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation.
Division 08 -	Openings, Wood Doors, Plastic Doors, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Carpeting, Painting.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Residential Equipment.
Division 13 -	Special Construction, Fabricated Engineered Structures, Fabricated Structures.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
