Description

Replace low-slope membrane roof areas at the Chilled Water Plant 4 located on East Shore Drive. Approximately 13,400 SF of existing roofing is to be removed down to existing sloped metal roof deck and replaced with a fluid applied roofing system including continuous insulation to meet applicable energy code requirements. Existing rooftop equipment, vents, ladders and skylights are to remain. Fall protection and lightning protection systems will be added (fall protection is an alternate).
