Description | Subcontractor Bid Submission Due Date: September 30, 2022; 3pm. SubContractors are invited to bid on the renovation project known as Dillon Place Apartments in Hartford CT. The development consists of 65 individual apartments of affordable housing located at 54 Hendricxsen Avenue, Hartford CT. The scope of work consists of the modernization of the 3 building facility and the following direct performing trades are incorporated into the scope of work and are encouraged to respond to this solicitation; finish carpentry, trim and mill work, painting, door and window installation, flooring, electrical and plumbing, new hot water heaters, site lighting upgrades, sidewalk and parking lot paving, appliances, kitchens and bath fixtures, roofing, siding and gutters. Construction is anticipated to commence January 2023 and continue until complete (weather pemitting). This project will be funded by 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and construction financing provided by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) in conjunction with additional funding from the Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH).CT State Prevailing Wages - do not apply. MSC of Fairfield County, LLC and the Owner reserve the rights; to accept any, all or any part of any bids; to reject any, all or any part of any bids; to waive any non-material deficiencies in bid responses; and to award the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interests of the Owner. |
