Marlboro Drive Storm Sewer Improvements

These projects involve improvements to the existing Marlboro Drive storm sewer system in Peters Township including, but not limited to, removal and replacement of storm sewer manholes and inlets; installation of SLCPP ST IB storm sewer and wyes; connection to existing structures; site clearing and select tree removal; purchase, placement, maintenance and removal of erosion and sedimentation control measures; site grading; associated site and bituminous pavement restorations; traffic control; utility coordination, location, and notification; and resident notifications, complete in place. All Bidders or proposed Subcontractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified under the name of the bidding entity for the following Work Class Codes as applicable: F; G; H; I; K; O and Q. Evidence of compliance for Bidders must be submitted with the Bid for the Bid to be considered as responsive. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
