Continuing Contract for Professional Services - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services

Provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Services to include assisting during the preliminary design, the design development and construction document phase and for all scheduling and coordination and will be responsible for the successful, timely and economical completion of a project. This contract is for various small projects within the School District of Lee County on an as needed basis, including, but not limited to, minor remodel and small projects where the scope of work is not anticipated to exceed $4,000,000.00 or a study activity when the fee does not exceed $500,000.00. The projects will involve building and facilities throughout the District as requested by the Department of Facility Development & Programming or the Maintenance Services Departments.
