| Description | Work shall be performed in accordance with these plans, and as herein described and specified including, but not limited to, the construction of two new (total of 3,350 square feet) 060 EPDM flat roof system by Versico or approved equal and (a total of 8,000 square feet) asphalt shingle roof system in the locations shown on the drawings and all other work necessary to provide a completely watertight roof and flashings over the entire roof area. The new roof system shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and specifications. Work will also include inspection and repair of existing flashing and installation of new flashing as required. |
