Prep and paint metal handrails (front entrance and light wells). Prep and paint conduit on exterior wall near handicap ramp. Building "B" Prep and paint all window and door trim. Building "C" Prep and stain complete exterior. (2 coats on new wood). Prep and reseal kitchen cabinets. Prep and paint living room walls.
