Ute Rest Area Metal Building

Construction of a new pre-engineered metal storage structure at the Sleeping Ute Rest Area in Mancos, CO. The new 1,536 square foot metal building shall be 64 foot long x 24 foot wide x 12 feet tall and will have a 4:12 sloped gable roof. The building will have six windows, two man doors and one overhead door. The structure will sit on a concrete floor and foundation that has already been installed as part of a separate contract.
