This Solicitation will result in a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 5, 2023 and the Prevailing Wage Rate Amendments effective January 11, 2023 and April 5, 2023. The work will take place in Washington, Clackamas, Yamhill, Columbia, and Multnomah Counties, Oregon.No Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for this Solicitation.The number of Proposals received, the identity of Proposers, or the contents of any proposal will not be disclosed to the public until all proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for Award has been published. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that Portland Community College receives its Proposal.
